1. Who we are
EuroStaffing Group is the brand under which NIKTO TRAILERS d.o.o., with its registered address at Trdice 4, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia, provides recruitment and job placement services: it publishes job offers in Europe, receives applications, shortlists profiles, presents them to the companies that hire and coordinates the process until the start of work.
These terms govern the use of eurostaffinggroup.com by candidates and companies. By using the website, applying for a job, creating an account or registering your company, you accept them.
2. Who can use the service
You must be at least 18 years old. If you register a company, you confirm that you are authorised to act on its behalf.
3. Your account
You sign in with a link we email you, without a password. Keep access to your email secure, because anyone who has it can sign in to your account.
You can close your account and ask us to delete your data at any time, as explained in the privacy policy.
4. If you are a candidate
- Looking for work with EuroStaffing Group is free for you: we do not charge candidates for placement; the hiring company pays for it.
- The data and documents you send must be true and up to date.
- Each job offer describes the information the employer confirmed when it was published. The final conditions are those of the contract you sign.
- You sign your employment contract with the employer, not with EuroStaffing Group.
- The employer decides whom to hire: EuroStaffing Group does not guarantee a job or a hire.
- If you want to withdraw an application, let us know.
5. If you are a company
- Your company’s registration and each vacancy are reviewed by EuroStaffing Group before they are published. We may ask for changes or reject a vacancy that does not comply with these terms or the law.
- Vacancies must be real, lawful and non-discriminatory, and comply with the employment law of the country where the work is offered.
- The candidate data we present to you may be used only for that selection process. You must keep it confidential, not share it with third parties and delete it when the process ends, unless you hire the person.
- For that data you act as a controller and must comply with the GDPR.
- The process is coordinated through EuroStaffing Group: you may not contact candidates through other channels to bypass the placement service.
- The financial terms of the service are governed by the agreement you sign with EuroStaffing Group.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not publish false, misleading, discriminatory or offensive content.
- Do not impersonate another person or company.
- Do not scrape data from the website or try to access areas or data that are not yours.
- Do not use the website to send advertising or for purposes other than looking for work or staff.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms.
7. Intellectual property
The website and its content belong to NIKTO TRAILERS d.o.o. or its licensors. What you provide, such as your profile, your CV or your vacancies, remains yours; you authorise us to use it only to provide the service to you.
8. Liability
We provide the service with due care, but we are not responsible for companies’ hiring decisions or for the information they provide about their vacancies. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law gives you as a consumer.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its date. If the change is significant and you have an account, we will let you know.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia and European Union law. Disputes are submitted to the competent courts of Zagreb, unless the law allows you, as a consumer, to go to the courts where you live. See also the legal notice and the privacy policy.
